Ollie Guard Privacy Policy

In short: Ollie Guard keeps your subscriptions on your phone. There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We, the people who make the app, never receive your list.
Who we are
Ollie Guard is made by Red Olive Studio, a small independent studio. If you have a question about this policy, write to contact@redolive.studio.
What the app keeps on your phone
- The subscriptions and free trials you add: name, price, currency, how often you pay, payment or trial end dates, reminder settings, whether it's still active, and an optional note.
- Your settings, such as language and reminder time.
This data is saved only on your phone. The app doesn't send it to us or to anyone else.
Finding subscriptions in text
You can paste bank messages, a card statement or subscription e-mails, or open a text file, and the app suggests the subscriptions it finds. The text is read on your phone. It isn't saved and isn't sent anywhere. Only the entries you choose to add are saved. The app reads your clipboard only when you tap "Paste from clipboard".
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled by your phone's own system. They show the subscription's name and price, so they can appear on your lock screen. You can hide notification previews in your phone's settings.
Backups
You can export a backup file in Settings. The file isn't encrypted: anyone who has it can read your list. You choose where to save or send it, and that service's own terms apply. When you restore a backup, the app reads only the file you pick.
Your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google) may also include the app's data. That backup is kept under your account with Apple or Google.
Links to other websites
Some entries have a link to the service's cancellation page. It opens in your browser. Ollie Guard doesn't send that website anything; the website's own privacy policy applies.
App updates
The app checks Expo's update service for fixes to its own code. Each check sends the technical details needed to deliver the right update: your phone's platform, the app and update versions, a random ID that the update system creates for this installation, and your IP address, as with any internet connection. It never includes your subscriptions or anything you type. Expo may count how many installations received an update; we only see those totals. Expo's privacy policy: expo.dev/privacy.
Statistics from Apple and Google
If you allowed it in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may share anonymous statistics with us, such as crash reports and install counts. We can't identify you from them.
What we don't do
- No account or sign-up.
- No ads, no analytics tools, no tracking, no advertising ID.
- We don't sell or share your data.
- The app doesn't ask for your location, contacts, photos or camera.
Deleting your data
You can delete any entry in the app. Deleting the app removes all its data from your phone. Backup files you exported stay where you saved them until you delete them.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR in the EU and the KVKK in Turkey give you rights over your personal data. Your data stays on your phone and never reaches us, so we hold none of it to show, correct or delete. You stay in control in the app. If you have a question or a complaint, write to us. You can also contact your data protection authority.
Children
Ollie Guard isn't made for children under 13. The app doesn't collect personal data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Important changes will also be mentioned in the app's update notes.

Uygulama telefonunda neleri saklar
- Eklediğin abonelikler ve ücretsiz denemeler: ad, fiyat, para birimi, ödeme sıklığı, ödeme ya da deneme bitiş tarihleri, hatırlatma ayarı, aboneliğin sürüp sürmediği ve istersen bir not.
- Ayarların: dil ve hatırlatma saati gibi.
Bu bilgiler yalnız telefonunda kaydedilir. Uygulama onları bize ya da başka birine göndermez.
Metinden abonelik bulma
Banka SMS'lerini, kart ekstreni ya da abonelik e-postalarını yapıştırabilir veya bir metin dosyası açabilirsin; uygulama içinde bulduğu abonelikleri önerir. Metin telefonunda okunur, kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Yalnız eklemeyi seçtiğin kayıtlar saklanır. Uygulama panoyu yalnız sen "Panodan yapıştır"a dokunduğunda okur.
Hatırlatmalar
Hatırlatmaları telefonunun kendi sistemi kurar. Bildirimde aboneliğin adı ve fiyatı yazar, bu yüzden kilit ekranında görünebilir. Bildirim önizlemelerini telefonunun ayarlarından gizleyebilirsin.
Yedekler
Ayarlar'dan bir yedek dosyası alabilirsin. Dosya şifresizdir: eline geçen herkes listeni okuyabilir. Dosyayı nereye kaydedeceğini ya da kime göndereceğini sen seçersin; o hizmetin kendi kuralları geçerlidir. Yedeği geri yüklerken uygulama yalnız senin seçtiğin dosyayı okur.
Telefonunun kendi yedeği (iCloud ya da Google) de uygulamanın verilerini içerebilir. Bu yedek, Apple ya da Google'daki hesabında durur.
Başka sitelere bağlantılar
Bazı kayıtlarda o hizmetin iptal sayfasına giden bir bağlantı var. Bağlantı tarayıcında açılır. Ollie Guard o siteye hiçbir şey göndermez; sitenin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
Uygulama güncellemeleri
Uygulama, kendi kodundaki düzeltmeler için Expo'nun güncelleme hizmetine bakar. Her kontrolde doğru güncellemeyi göndermek için gereken teknik bilgiler gider: telefonunun platformu, uygulama ve güncelleme sürümleri, güncelleme sisteminin bu kurulum için ürettiği rastgele bir kimlik ve her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresin. Aboneliklerin ya da yazdığın hiçbir şey bu bilgilere girmez. Expo bir güncellemenin kaç kuruluma ulaştığını sayabilir; biz yalnız bu toplamları görürüz. Apple ve Google'dan gelen istatistikler
Telefonunun ayarlarında izin verdiysen Apple ya da Google bizimle çökme raporları ve kurulum sayıları gibi anonim istatistikler paylaşabilir. Bunlardan kim olduğunu anlayamayız.
Yapmadıklarımız
- Hesap ya da üyelik yok.
- Reklam, analiz aracı, takip ve reklam kimliği yok.
- Verilerini satmayız, kimseyle paylaşmayız.
- Uygulama konumunu, rehberini, fotoğraflarını ya da kameranı istemez.
Verilerini silmek
Uygulamadaki her kaydı silebilirsin. Uygulamayı silersen uygulamanın bütün verileri de telefonundan silinir. Dışa aktardığın yedek dosyaları, sen silene kadar kaydettiğin yerde kalır.
Hakların
AB'de GDPR, Türkiye'de KVKK gibi yasalar kişisel verilerin üzerinde sana haklar tanır. Verilerin telefonunda kalır ve bize hiç ulaşmaz; bu yüzden elimizde gösterecek, düzeltecek ya da silecek bir verin yok. Her şey uygulamada senin elinde. Bir sorun ya da şikâyetin olursa bize yaz. Veri koruma kurumuna da başvurabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Ollie Guard 13 yaşından küçük çocuklar için yapılmadı. Uygulama kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve en üstteki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamanın güncelleme notlarında da yazarız.
