Common questions
- Where is my data?
- Only on your phone. There's no account and no server, so we can't restore your list for you. Make a backup before you change phones.
- How do I move to a new phone?
- On the old phone, open Settings and tap "Share backup", then save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone, open Settings and tap "Restore from backup".
- My reminders don't arrive.
- Open Settings and look at Notifications. If it says Off, tap "Open phone settings" and allow notifications. Then tap "Send a test notification". Some Android phones delay notifications to save battery; turning off battery optimisation for Ollie Guard helps.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete entries one by one in the app, or delete the app: that removes everything it saved on your phone.
- Can you see my subscriptions?
- No. Read the privacy policy to see exactly what the app keeps and what it sends.

- Hatırlatmalar gelmiyor.
- Ayarlar'da Bildirimler bölümüne bak. "Kapalı" yazıyorsa "Telefon ayarlarını aç"a dokunup bildirimlere izin ver. Sonra "Deneme bildirimi gönder"e dokun. Bazı Android telefonlar pil tasarrufu için bildirimleri geciktirir; Ollie Guard için pil tasarrufunu kapatmak işe yarar.
- Verilerimi nasıl silerim?
